Struggling with $5000 Upfront Deposit for Sublet

I'm really stressed about how to come up with $4000-5000 for first and last month's rent as a deposit. It's just way too much upfront! Are there any payment plans or deposit assistance programs available? I could really use some tips on alternatives or how to save up faster.
