I'm on the hunt for a decent 2 bed in Toronto for under $2,500/month. I'm curious about the best neighborhoods for finding a two bedroom $2500. Given the current vacancy rates, is this budget realistic? Any advice on value or recommendations for 2BR under 2500 would be appreciated!
