Thinking of renting at 10 Grenoble Dr - what's the building like?

I'm considering a move to 10 Grenoble Dr and would love to hear from anyone who has lived there. What are the amenities like, and how's the commute in the area? Also, how pet-friendly have you found the building? Any insights would be appreciated!
