Is it just me or is Leslieville getting too trendy?

I've been keeping an eye on Leslieville, and wow, it’s getting packed with all these hip cafes and boutiques. Rents feel like they’re soaring, especially with all the newcomers. Anyone else feeling the crunch? Is the charm still there with all this change?
