This Toronto rental market is driving me insane!

Another rent increase, seriously? How does anyone expect to live here?! I can't believe landlords want $2800 for a bachelor! I just got outbid AGAIN after viewing 15 places in a week. This market is impossible! I'm so sick of these bidding wars and terrible conditions. It's beyond frustrating.
