Another outrageous rent increase? I'm done with this market!

$400 increase for a shoebox?! How is anyone supposed to afford this nonsense? I’ve viewed 15 places in a week, and they’re all gone in a matter of hours. Just got outbid AGAIN on a place that wasn’t even that nice. This market is impossible! Why do landlords think they can get away with this?
