GO Train from Mississauga to downtown - reliability and costs?

I’m relying on the GO Train from Mississauga to get into downtown Toronto and want to know about its reliability and schedule. How frequent are the trains during peak hours? Also, what’s the cost for a monthly GO pass? Any tips for a smooth commute would be appreciated!
