Toronto rent is killing my savings dreams

Every month feels like I'm just treading water. With rent skyrocketing, there's simply no way to set aside any money for savings or build wealth. I live paycheck to paycheck, and it’s exhausting. How is anyone supposed to feel secure when there’s no money left after rent?
