Endless Repairs, Zero Action from Landlords!

It's infuriating living in a place where the heating barely works in winter and the fridge is on its last legs. I've sent repeated repair requests to my landlord, but it's like they vanish into thin air! We deserve a home that’s livable, not a series of broken appliances and unaddressed issues.
