Running out of time - need help finding a rental in Toronto!

Hey everyone, my lease is ending in two weeks, and I'm starting to feel the pressure! I need a one-bedroom in the downtown area but can’t afford more than $2500. I’ve been looking at places in King West and Leslieville but not sure if the price and vibe match. Any advice or leads? Thanks!
