GO Train Mississauga to downtown query - daily experience?

Does anyone commute daily on the GO Train from Mississauga to downtown Toronto? I'm curious about the reliability and frequency of the trains during peak hours. Also, how much is a monthly GO pass, and is it worth it for regular use? Any insights on the overall transit experience would be great!
