Hey all, is anyone else on the hunt for rental deals near transit construction sites? I've been eyeing places around the Ontario Line and Eglinton LRT—sure, it's noisy now, but I'm hoping landlords might offer discounts for the inconvenience! Anyone had success finding a bargain amidst the chaos?
