Frustrated with Tight Condo Rental Restrictions

Why are condo board rules so strict? It feels like every time I turn around, there are new rental restrictions limiting tenants or even guest access. And don’t get me started on the condo bylaws that discriminate against renters! These rules just make living here more difficult.
