I'm new to Toronto and just received an N12 eviction notice. I'm feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about my rights. Can anyone provide guidance on illegal evictions, what steps to take, or how LTB hearings work? I really need advice as I'm unfamiliar with the local laws.
