What happened to the KFC at Oxton Ave and Livonia Pl?

I used to love grabbing a bucket from the KFC at Oxton Ave and Livonia Pl. Recently, I noticed it’s been quiet around there and I’m wondering if the place has closed down. Can anyone confirm? I’d love to know if it’s still open or if something new is coming to that spot.
