Is the KFC at A Birchlea Ave and Gabian Way still open?

I was driving around the area and it crossed my mind—what happened to the KFC at A Birchlea Ave and Gabian Way? I used to grab a bucket there after work. Just curious if it's still serving up chicken or if something else took its place. Also, are there any rentals nearby?
