Need insights on 1-bedroom prices in Kensington Market for January!

Hey everyone! I'm planning to move to Toronto in January and I'm really interested in Kensington Market. I’ve seen some listings between $2200 and $2600 for one-bedroom apartments. Is that a reasonable range? Any advice on the area or tips for first-time renting would be incredibly helpful!
