Questions about lease terms and transit access?

I'm looking for some guidance on lease agreements, especially in relation to transit access. If I find an apartment near a TTC subway line, what are my rights if the landlord changes terms last minute? Also, how does the LTB handle disputes regarding accessibility to public transit?
