Confused about LTB process - need some clarity

I'm really trying to navigate the LTB with my T2/T6 forms, but the whole process feels daunting! I want to fight for my rights as a tenant, but I keep getting lost in the legalities. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Any tips or shared stories would be super helpful!
