I've been keeping an eye on Yorkville lately, and wow, the rent prices are insane! Seriously, who can afford $3,000 for a one-bedroom? Sure, the shopping and cafes are top-notch, but is it really worth it? Anyone else feeling priced out of this once-hip neighborhood?
