What utilities are typically included in Toronto rents?

I'm trying to figure out what utilities are usually covered in Toronto rent. Is heat and water often included, or is hydro usually a separate cost? I'm also wondering if having utilities included is worth it. Any insights on average rent and utilities would be really helpful!
