Considering a move – how safe is this neighborhood after dark?

Hey everyone! I'm thinking about relocating within Toronto and I'm curious about neighborhood safety, especially at night. Are there areas known for high bike thefts or break-ins? Any insights on building security or general feelings of safety would be super helpful. Thanks!
