Is Moving to Mississauga Worth It? Need Input!

I'm really conflicted about leaving Toronto for Mississauga. The potential savings are tempting, but I'm not sure if it's worth it considering the upfront costs a landlord is asking for. What are the pros and cons of moving to Mississauga? Should I take the leap?
