Grateful for a Responsive Landlord!

I've had a fantastic experience with my landlord in Toronto! Whenever I have a maintenance issue, they respond within hours. Plus, any rent increases have been fair and well-communicated. It's such a relief to have someone who genuinely cares about their tenants!
