Thinking of moving to Leslieville - any tips?

Hey everyone! I'm considering moving to Leslieville and I've seen some places around $2200 for a one-bedroom. Is that a reasonable price for the area? What are the pros and cons of living there during the winter months? Any advice would be appreciated!
