Struggling with $5000 upfront rent deposit – Need advice!

I can't afford the first and last month's rent upfront! A $5000 deposit is just impossible for me right now. Are there payment plans or deposit assistance programs available? Any tips for saving up would also be greatly appreciated. I'm feeling really stressed about this situation!
