Help! Roommate issues in Kensington Market

I’m in a bit of a bind. My current roommate is always bringing friends over, and it's really crowded. I want to bring it up, but I don’t want to make things awkward. Anyone dealt with a similar situation? Also, where should I look for new roommates if this doesn’t work out? Thanks!
