I've been living near Leslieville for a few years now, and I’ve noticed the rents creeping up. It's such a vibrant area with trendy cafes and parks, but is it still worth it? Anyone else feeling the squeeze or have insights on the rental scene here? Also, how's it comparing to Riverside these days?
