What’s the scoop on Roncy these days?

I’ve lived in the Roncesvalles area for a few years now, and it's hard to keep up with all the changes. New cafes and boutiques pop up weekly! But rent prices have definitely shot up lately. Is anyone else feeling the pinch? I love the vibe here but wonder if it’s still worth it.
