Can I legally break my lease if schools are poor in my area?

I'm a tenant in Toronto with two young children, and I've recently discovered that the schools near my rental are not up to my expectations. Given the circumstances, can I legally break my lease? What are my options under Ontario's RTA if school quality is a concern for my family?
