Is the RBC at Martin Grove Rd and Churchill Ave still around?

I used to frequent the RBC at Martin Grove Rd and Churchill Ave all the time, but I haven't been by in a while. Just curious if it's still open or if it closed down. I know there's a lot changing in the area, so any updates would be great! Also, are there any rental properties near there?
