What's happening with Scotiabank at Rayoak Dr and Swift Dr?

I've been looking for a short-term rental around Rayoak Dr and Swift Dr, and I remember the Scotiabank there being a helpful landmark. Is it still open? Also, has the area changed much recently? Any recommendations for apartments nearby would be great!
