Considering a move to the Junction, but is rent creeping up?

I've been eyeing the Junction because of its cool vibe and easy access to cafes and shops. But with all the construction happening, I'm starting to wonder if rent will skyrocket? Anyone currently living there feel like it's becoming too pricey or is it still manageable?
