Shocked by Heating Bills This Winter in Toronto

I can't believe how much my hydro bills have exploded this winter! My apartment is freezing and the draft from the windows makes it feel even colder. It's so expensive to heat this place! I'm seriously considering how to better insulate or find a cozier apartment for next winter.
