How's the Paxtonia Blvd area for rentals? Any advice?

I'm thinking about moving to the Paxtonia Blvd area in Toronto soon and would love to get some insights. What's the vibe like there? Are the rent prices reasonable and do they include tax? Also, how’s the transit access and community feel? Any tips would be great!
