Reliable GO Train Commute from Mississauga to Downtown Toronto

I’m considering a move to Mississauga and relying on the GO Train to reach downtown Toronto for work. How reliable is the GO Train schedule? Also, what's the cost of a monthly GO pass and how often do trains run during peak hours? Any insights on the overall transit experience would be appreciated!
