Another Rent Hike? This Market is Insane!

Seriously, how is it even possible to find a decent place in Toronto anymore? Landlords think they can just jack up rent by $400 in one year like we’re made of money. I can’t even look at a $2800 bachelor without rolling my eyes - it’s crazy! Why is this renting experience such a nightmare?
