Who's responsible for repairs when a leaking faucet occurs?

I'm renting in Toronto and recently discovered a leaking faucet in my apartment. I'm unsure who is responsible for fixing it — is it the landlord's duty to handle this maintenance issue, or am I expected to take care of it as a tenant? Clarity on this would really help me understand my rights.
