Confused but Determined: LTB Filing Questions

I'm feeling so lost with the whole LTB process. I've heard about T2 and T6 forms, but do I need both? My landlord's requests seem so odd, and I don’t know if this is even legal. I really want to fight back but the legal jargon is confusing me. How do I prepare for a hearing? Help!
