I'm on the hunt for a short-term furnished rental (1-3 months) in Toronto, but the Airbnb pricing for extended stays is driving me crazy! Has anyone heard about landlords offering incentives like free rent or other deals? I'm exploring alternatives that won't break the bank. Any suggestions?
