Navigating WFH Space Needs in Toronto's Apartment Market

I've been struggling to find a proper apartment to work from home. A studio is just too small for my WFH needs, and I really need a dedicated office space. I’m wondering if anyone else has faced these issues and how much square footage is enough to feel comfortable while working?
