What apartment features are non-negotiable for you?

When looking for a new apartment, I find in-unit laundry essential—nothing beats the convenience! I'm also a huge fan of having access to a well-equipped gym in the building, which makes it so much easier to stay active. What features do you guys prioritize when searching for a new place in Toronto?
