Kensington Market vs. Leslieville: Which has the better vibe?

I'm torn between leasing in Kensington Market or Leslieville. Kensington feels vibrant and artsy with eclectic shops, but Leslieville seems quieter and cozy with nice parks. Anyone have thoughts on the neighborhood atmosphere and rental experiences in either area?
