Another rent increase?! How is this even real?

Just got slapped with a $400 increase. For what? It’s not like my apartment magically got better! I swear, I’m losing my mind out here. How am I supposed to even afford rent in this city? This is beyond ridiculous. It feels like landlords are just taking advantage of us!
