Landlord Ignoring Repairs - What Are My Rights?

I'm fed up with living in these conditions! My landlord refuses to address multiple repair issues: leaking pipes, broken heating, and mold. It's affecting my health and overall comfort. I'm considering a T6 application for rent abatement. Can I force them to fix these problems legally?
