Winter Heating Bills Exploded - Need Help with Cold Apartments!

I’m shocked at how much my hydro bills have exploded this winter! My apartment is freezing, and I can feel drafts everywhere from the windows. It’s so expensive to heat the place, and I’m worried about staying warm and managing costs. How do others cope with high bills in cold Toronto? Any tips?
