I'm considering moving to Kensington Market and came across a few listings around $2,800 for a 1-bedroom. Is that typical? I've noticed rents climbing lately, but this area is so vibrant. Any tips on dealing with landlords here or what to look out for before signing a lease? Appreciate any insights!
