Seriously, Who Can Afford Rent in Toronto?!

Another rent increase?! How is anyone supposed to afford this? I just graduated and now the landlord wants $2800 for a bachelor?! I viewed 15 places and they were all taken within hours. Just got outbid again. This market is impossible and I'm sick of it!
