Need advice on winter rentals in Liberty Village

I'm currently looking for a rental in Liberty Village. I love the area, but I've just seen an apartment listed at $2600 for a 1-bedroom. Is that reasonable given the amenities and location? Any insights on the neighborhood during winter? Thanks!
