Grateful for My Responsive Landlord in Toronto

I’ve been living in my cozy condo for a year now, and I can't thank my landlord enough! Any maintenance request gets addressed super quickly, and they really value open communication. Plus, the recent rent increase was more than reasonable. Feeling lucky to call this place home!
